The specially designed power supply circuit not only has high reliability, but also has a wider voltage range. The utility model overcomes the disadvantage that the common switching power supply is only suitable for low voltage operation, but not suitable for high voltage power supply operation higher than 260V.

Double sets of data storage circuits, all parameters are backed up and stored, and can be automatically recovered once the data is disturbed. At the same time, the instrument also has the functions of restoring factory settings, restoring backup, etc.

The ADC circuit with better performance is adopted, which not only has high speed and precision, but also avoids the disadvantage that the common programmable ADC circuit cannot operate normally due to the loss of interference configuration files.

The pulse shaping circuit is added to the speed measurement input, which can make the speed measurement result more accurate and stable.

The instrument sets more function modes. The instrument includes single speed regulation mode, double speed regulation mode, constant speed mode, metering mode, reamer scale mode, punching plate flowmeter mode, etc. In addition, feedforward control realized by analog output can be used to realize speed regulation operation without speed measuring device.

The instrument has parameter setting function, interface test function, calibration function (zero calibration, chain code calibration and physical calibration), parameter backup and recovery function, etc. It supports keyboard to modify zero point and coefficient directly.

Analog input channel. 2-channel 16 bit ADC, conversion speed is 240 times/s, and active filter with cut-off frequency of 2-5Hz is adopted. Channel 1 is the input channel of the load sensor, with the sensor supply voltage of 5 or 10V and 6-wire or 4-wire wiring. Channel 2 is an external flow setting channel, which can input O-20mA current signal with input impedance of 120 Ω.

Analog output channel. Three 16 bit analog output channels, with output signal of O-20mA and load driving capacity of 500 Ω. Analog output signal is used for main control output, instantaneous flow output and auxiliary control output (dual speed regulation control).

Switch output. Six channels of switching value output, using high-power triode OC output, can drive 100V/1A DC load. Switching value output includes startup, readiness, operation, cumulative pulse, alarm output, volume output, etc.

Switch input. 4 channels of switching value input channels, which are valid by pull-down input. Passive point of relay and input equipment of OC output mode can be used. Switch input can be used for speed measurement pulse input, startup, alarm reset, etc.
