LS type screw conveyor is a new generation of GX type screw conveyor. Advanced structure, strong adaptability, small resistance, long service life, convenient maintenance and complete protective devices are the remarkable characteristics of screw conveyor.

The LS type screw conveyor adopts DIN15261-1986 standard and is designed and manufactured in accordance with the professional standard of JB/T7679-45 LS Type Screw Conveyor. The screw diameter of LS type screw conveyor is 100~1250mm and there are ten specifications in total, including single drive and double drive. The maximum length of single drive screw conveyor can reach 35mm, and the maximum length of LS1000 and LS1250 is 30m. The length of the screw conveyor is 0.5m, which can be selected as required. The middle suspension bearing of the screw conveyor adopts two structures of flow and sliding interchangeability, with small resistance, strong sealing and good wear resistance. Speed measuring alarm device and electric discharge valve can also be configured according to user requirements.

LS screw conveyor The screw conveyor should not be used to transport materials that are easy to deteriorate, viscous, and caking. These materials will stick to the screw when being transported, and will rotate without moving forward, or form a material jam at the hanging bearing, which will make the screw conveyor unable to work normally. The spiral diameter ranges from 200 mm to 500 mm, and there are five specifications in total. The length ranges from 4 meters to 70 meters, with a gear interval of 0.5 meters. The model selection meets the standard nominal length. Special needs can be proposed separately in the selection section.
