working principle

Ring hammer crusher is an impact rotor crusher with ring hammer. After materials enter the crusher, they are first cracked by the impact of the ring hammer rotating with the rotor at a high speed. The broken materials get kinetic energy from the ring hammer at the same time, rush to the crushing plate at a high speed, are crushed for the second time, and then fall into the sieve plate surface. Installation and commissioning

1. Before installation, the terrain can be selected according to the source of raw materials.

2. The machine is fixed on the concrete by the anchor bolts. When designing the foundation, the ore discharge chute shall be reserved, and its slope shall not be less than 50 °. However, the user can also customize it according to the feeder and transportation equipment.

3. The motor shall be installed in the opposite direction to the feed inlet.

4. The location of electrical equipment shall be convenient for use.

5. Before commissioning, it shall be checked that the fasteners are completely firm.

6. Check whether metal objects or other non breakable sundries fall into the body.

7. Check that there is proper lubricating oil in the bearing.

8. Rotate the rotor by hand to see whether it is normal and whether there is friction. If it is confirmed that there is no resistance to movement, it can be started without load. Half an hour after the test run, there is no noise or swing, and the loaded test run can be carried out when the bearing temperature rise does not exceed 30 ° C.

Safety precautions

(1) In case of emergency failure of the equipment during operation, it can be stopped first. Do not drive by force until the fault is eliminated.

(2) In case of electrical equipment failure, electrical personnel shall be responsible for handling.

(3) When it is necessary to enter the machine for internal inspection, you must first pull off the power switch and hang up the signboard for maintenance. Before inspection, the materials on the upper part of the machine shall be cleaned to prevent falling and hurting people. After inspection and before commissioning, cover the upper cover and tighten the bolts.

(4) All safety devices must be complete and firm. When the communication signal and communication equipment fail, the crusher cannot be started.
